Who Is the Artist?

All paintings are created by me, Larry Beiboer. I am a Dutch artist based in Las Vegas, NV, USA, and have been a full-time artist for over 15 years. I have sold thousands of paintings to collectors worldwide.

There is also a selection of paintings available on this website from my talented studio partner Sky Whitman. Her paintings have been featured in movies and tv series.

What Does "Made-to-Order, Similar Will Be Recreated" Mean?

These are paintings originally designed and created by me (L. Beiboer) that have been previously sold but can be recreated very close to the original shown in the listing.

Each painting is 100% hand-painted and unique, so slight variations will occur due to the nature of handcrafting. However, I always use the exact colors and composition as seen in the listing.

How Long Will It Take to Recreate or Make My Custom Painting?

I typically begin working on your painting as soon as you place your order. A custom or recreated painting takes between 7 to 15 days to complete, depending on supply availability and demand.

For a more accurate timeline, please contact me before placing your order.

How Will I Know the Status of My Custom Order?

I will stay in touch with you throughout the process. Once the painting is completed, I will send you photos for approval. You can either approve it for shipping or request minor adjustments.

As soon as your painting is dry and ready to ship, I will provide tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping & Handling

Fast Shipping

• "Ready to Ship" paintings are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared.
• I ship via FedEx within the U.S. mainland.
• "Made-to-Order" and custom paintings require up to 2 weeks for completion before shipping.

Secure Packaging

I use high-quality packing materials to ensure safe delivery. I have never had a painting damaged during shipping – knock on wood!

Tracking & Insurance

• You will receive tracking details once your painting is shipped.
• Shipping insurance is included with every purchase.

Signature Requirement

• A signature is required for all paintings over $499 for added protection.
• If you would like to add or remove the signature requirement for any purchase, leave a note during checkout.

Phone Number Requirement

FedEx requires a contact phone number to print shipping labels. Your number will only be used for delivery purposes.

International Shipping

Please contact me for international shipping options on physical items. Provide your country and postal code so I can calculate an accurate shipping quote.

For digital download prints, there are no shipping restrictions—they will be emailed instantly worldwide.

Freight Shipping (Large Paintings)

Larger paintings require freight shipping, which includes special art boxes or wooden crates. These costs are already included in the purchase price.

What Sizes Require Freight Shipping?

• Square paintings over 48" x 48"
• 60" paintings with a length greater than 40"
• 72" paintings with a length greater than 36"

What Does "Unstretched" Mean?

If you order an unstretched canvas, it will arrive rolled in a sturdy tube. You will need to stretch or frame the canvas upon arrival.

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Ready-to-Ship Paintings

Your satisfaction is my priority! If you’re not happy with your painting, you can:

• Return it for a refund
• Exchange it for store credit

Return Policy

• Contact me within 3 days of receiving your painting for a return confirmation.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns must be fully insured and sent with tracking information.
• The painting must be returned in its original condition.

⚠ Note: Shipping paintings can be costly, often exceeding $300.

Made-to-Order & Custom Paintings

As each custom order is uniquely created, all sales are final. However, I will work with you until you love your painting!

Digital Download Prints

No refunds or cancellations are available for downloadable items, as they are delivered instantly.

Damaged Shipments

If your painting arrives damaged:

• Save the damaged box for claim filing.
• Take photos of the damaged package before opening.
• Contact me immediately for assistance.

If a painting is damaged during shipping, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

I take great pride in using high-quality materials to ensure longevity and durability in my paintings.

Canvas

• Hand-stretched, 100% cotton canvas
• Triple-primed & acid-free for maximum durability

Stretcher Bars

• Made of finger-spliced, kiln-dried solid pine
• Knot-free and extremely strong

Paint & Varnish

• High-quality acrylic paints with strong pigments
• Finished with an oil-based varnish for UV protection & longevity

Visiting My Studio

At this time, Beiboer Fine Art Studio is not open to the public. However, I occasionally meet locally for pickups by appointment.

Authenticity & Certificates

When purchasing from BeiboerFineArt.com, you are dealing directly with the artist.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every original painting and limited edition canvas print includes a Certificate of Authenticity to verify it is an L. Beiboer original.

If you suspect a painting purchased elsewhere may be a copy, please contact me with photos and paperwork for authentication.

What Are Digital Prints?

Digital download prints are high-resolution images of my original artworks, illustrations and photography.

How to Print Digital Downloads

You can print them:

• At home
• At a local print shop (Staples, Walgreens, etc.)
• Through an online printing service (Shutterfly, Mpix, etc.)

Sizing & Printing Rights

• The largest file size available is included in the listing.
• You may scale up slightly without losing sharpness.
• Copyright remains with Beiboer Fine Art—digital prints are for personal use only.

Copyright Release for Printing

If a print shop requests copyright permission, use the following:

"Larry Beiboer & BeiboerFineArt.com (Artist/Creator of the purchased images) grants the buyer permission to print and reproduce the purchased digital prints for personal use only."
