COVID-19 UPDATE 3/22/20:

I'm currently in The Netherlands and I will be away probably about 6 weeks longer than expected, I hope to be back in the U.S. in May.

Due to a family emergency I will be away from March 5th, returning on April 2nd."MADE TO ORDER" paintings will still be available for purchase and I will start to create them in the order they have sold when I return on April 2nd. These are already created paintings that are available for immediate shipping.
It's incredibly important to me that my clients are happy with their new painting. If you are not happy with your painting, you may return is for a refund or exchange it for a store credit. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your painting for your return confirmation.

Buyer pays return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped back to me fully insured with a tracking number. Painting must be returned in the same condition as it arrived to you in.

Please note that ship costs on most of my artworks can run well over $100 due to size.

As soon as any custom or made to order paintings are purchased there are no returns, refunds or cancellations. Please understand that once an order is placed, I immediately start to purchase your supplies and work very hard to create you something spectacular. I am always happy to make a few changes to ensure you love your new painting.

There are no returns, refunds or cancellations on any downloadable items.

I have never had a painting damaged during shipping as my packaging is very strong. If you receive a damaged painting you must save the damaged box so I can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box and painting to launch their investigation. All of my paintings are fully insured.

RECEIVING A BOX THAT LOOKS DAMAGED: If you receive your painting and the box looks crushed, the best thing to do is to take a photo of the box (before you open it), just in case the painting is damaged inside. This will be a huge help with filing a claim against the delivery company. Thank you.

Full refunds including all shipping fees are given if there is a MAJOR typo in my listing or a painting is damaged during shipping.
