Signature required:
Is automatically added to all paintings above a $499.00 value for your added protection. If you would like me to add or remove FedEx signature required, please leave me a message under note to seller when checking out. I will be happy to add or remove it for you at no additional costs.

 

We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S. mainland. We do ship worldwide, if you are not located in the U.S. please contact us for a shipping quote.

 

Processing times:

- Made to order paintings: average processing times range between 10-18 business days, depending on the painting's complexity. This time includes creating the painting and drying process.

- Ready to ship paintings: will be shipped within 5 days of purchase. If you order an additional float frame and we don't have it in stock: that would take an additional 8 business days before the painting will be shipped. 

 

Shipping times:

Framed paintings are shipped using FedEx Ground. Paintings shipped overseas will be rolled in tube and will be shipped via FedEx or USPS.

US, CA: 1-5 business days

EU: 4-12 business days

Rest of the world: 5-15 business days

All paintings are shipped after painting, framing and quality inspection is completed. 

 

Shipping information:

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

 

Duties and Taxes:

According to our shop policy, buyers are responsible for any Duties and Import Taxes that may apply. 

 

Receiving a box that looks damaged:

If you receive your painting and the box looks crushed, the best thing to do is to take a photo of the box (before you open it), just in case the painting is damaged inside. This will be helpful with filing a claim against the delivery company.
